BONK! Bounce Battle · Effective September 30, 2026

This policy explains how the BONK! Bounce Battle team ("we," "us") handles information when you use BONK! Bounce Battle on mobile or the web. For privacy questions, contact bonksupport@gmail.com.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, synchronize account progress, operate multiplayer and leaderboards, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent fraud and duplicate transactions, respond to support requests, and understand and improve gameplay, reliability, and performance. Analytics include measures such as returning players, time played, wave progression, and purchases.

When information is shared

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and networking services and processes information necessary to run and secure the game. Payment providers process transactions under their own privacy policies. Our support email is hosted by Google. Multiplayer connection services may include Cloudflare and Google STUN services, which process network information to establish connections.

Your username, scores, and game appearance may be visible to other players through multiplayer or leaderboards. Direct multiplayer connections can expose network addresses to the other participant. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, or secure the service.

We do not sell personal information or use game data for cross-company targeted advertising. The game's analytics measure use of BONK; they do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Provider policies: Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple, and Google.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use a sign-in cookie and local storage for sessions, settings, guest progress, and the installation identifier used for analytics. The app or browser may cache game files for offline play. Clearing app or browser data can remove local progress and settings; it does not delete information already stored with your online account. Signing out does not delete your account.

Retention and security

Account information and saved progress are retained while needed to provide your account. Gameplay analytics are retained for service analysis; there is currently no automatic fixed deletion schedule for those records. Purchase and security records may be retained to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests and related issues.

Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Login rate-limit windows are 15 minutes; expired records are cleaned up during subsequent successful sign-ins. Expiration does not necessarily mean immediate removal from storage. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Your choices and requests

You can contact bonksupport@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights available where you live. Include your username and the nature of your request, but never your password. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Deleting account data can remove saved progress, inventory, and balances. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction-related reasons. You can stop future gameplay collection by discontinuing online use; offline solo play does not send gameplay data while the device is offline. To withdraw consent where processing relies on it, contact us.

Children's privacy

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information should contact us at the address above so we can investigate and address the request, including deletion where appropriate. Registration does not collect a date of birth or verify a player's age. Please avoid putting real names or other personal details in public usernames.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
